History
The station was opened on December 25, 1996 as part of the Volzhskaya - Maryino section, after commissioning of which there were 160 stations in the Moscow Metro.
Architecture and Design
The station is single-vaulted, shallow (depth - 8 m), constructed of monolithic reinforced concrete according to a standard design. The arch rises up and forms a continuous niche in which the lamps are located. At the end of the hall, the arch descends to the decorative wall elements. The portals at the ends of the station hall are made in the form of curtains, above it is the ancient coat of arms of the city ββof Lublino . The station is based on the theme of the city architecture of the work of I. A. Burganov . The track walls of the station are lined with marble, the floor with marble and granite of different colors.
Lobby
Access to the city is via stairs to Krasnodar and Sovkhoznaya streets, to Belorechenskaya and Novorossiyskaya streets, to the Moscow shopping center through the northern entrance hall and to Sovkhoznaya street and to Sudakova street through the south.
Track Development
Behind the station there is a single-track reverse dead end for night sludge trains, as well as for turnover in emergency situations. It was built because the station was originally planned as the final one, but subsequently the first line of the line was completed only to the Volzhskaya station.
Passenger
As of 2002 , the passenger traffic of the Lyublino station amounted to 40.8 thousand people [2] . Currently, Lublino is one of the busiest stations on the Lublin-Dmitrov line. This is due to the fact that the Lublin district is served only by this station.
