History
On May 14, 1928, the All-Russian Central Executive Committee and the Council of People's Commissars of the RSFSR adopted a resolution on the formation on the territory of the former Voronezh , Kursk , Oryol and Tambov provinces of the Central Black Earth Region (CCO) with a center in the city of Voronezh .
On July 16, 1928, the composition of the central district districts was determined, and on July 30, 1928, a network of districts was determined. In total 11 districts and 178 districts were created. Among others, the Borisoglebsky district was formed as part of the Central Black Earth Region.
In 1930, the existence of districts was deemed inappropriate and on July 23, 1930, by decision of the CEC and the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR, the district division was abolished.
