Barry Gordon ( born Barry Gordon ; born December 21, 1948 , , Massachusetts ) is an American film, television and sound actor. From 1988 to 1995, he was president of the Screen Actors Guild .

Filmography
Barry has been acting in films since three years. At the age of 13, he played the role of twelve-year-old Nick in the Broadway production of Herb Gardner ’s play “The Thousand Clowns ” ( A Thousand Clowns , 1962), and in 1965 secured his success by starring in the film adaptation of the play, the film of the same name with Jason Robards .
In the last two seasons of the series Archie Bunker's Place (1979-1983), Barry Gordon played the role of an accountant, a man of Jewish descent named Gary Rabinowitz.
Barry also appeared in several episodes of the series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Star Trek: Voyager (see Star Trek ).
Barry Gordon participated in the dubbing of many animated series : " Jabberjaw ", " The Kid Superpower Hour with Shazam! "," Mighty Orbots "," The Snorks "," Quick Response Cats . "
He also voiced Rabbit Quickie from an advertisement for Nestlé products ( Nesquik chocolate drink).
However, the role of Donatello in the animated series " Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles " (where he also voiced Bebop and several minor characters) was and remains his most famous role.
In the TV show “ I Love 1980's ” (2001), Barry Gordon used the pseudonym “Donatello” ( Rob Paulsen and Townsend Coleman also introduced themselves by the names of their heroes: Raphael and Michelangelo, respectively).
Barry Gordon is currently broadcasting the weekly broadcast “Barry Gordon From Left Field” on the KCAA wave in California .
