Western Province - A region in the southwest of Papua New Guinea . The province is bordered by Indonesia (with the province of Papua ). The area of the province is 98,115 km², the population is 201,351 people (according to the 2011 census ). The administrative center of the province is the city of Daru (located on the island of Daru ), the largest city is Tabubil .
