Geography
The farm is located 6 km south of the Vetyutnev farm . The M6 Volgograd – Moscow highway runs 2 km from the farm.
Infrastructure
Near the farm is an artesian well , a pond and a reservoir .
In the vicinity of the farm are melons , gardens , farm fields. There are also resting areas for hunting farms "Archedinsky", "Donskoye", places of reproduction of wild animals and birds. Places for picking mushrooms and berries.
