The flag of the Akchernsky rural settlement is the official symbol of the Akchernsky rural settlement of the Uryupinsky municipal district of the Volgograd region of the Russian Federation .

The flag was approved on November 11, 2008 and entered in the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation with assignment of registration number 4638.
Description
“The flag of the settlement is a rectangular cloth with a 2: 3 ratio of width to length, reproducing the composition of the coat of arms of the Akchernsky rural settlement in blue, red, yellow and white.”
The heraldic description of the coat of arms reads: “ In the azure field, there is a golden sun with a face surrounded by eight straight and eight meandering rays. In the scarlet chapter, supported by a silver belt, a golden horseshoe with spikes up, accompanied by spikelets of wheat three on each side and entwined with a sheet of the same metal, in it there is a silver trefoil cross. The shield is crowned with a golden earth crown of three prongs . "
Justification of Symbols
The symbolism of the flag reflects the natural-geographical and economic features of Akchernsky rural settlement. The settlements of Akchernsky rural settlement are located on both sides of the Akchernya river, the name of which means "light-carrying".
The sun is a symbol of light, truth, wisdom, providence and fertility, which Akchern land has always been famous for.
The white strip means a river, on both sides of which are settlements of the Akchernsky rural settlement.
Blue color (light blue ) is a symbol of beauty, softness and greatness.
