Biography
Born in 1769 . The son of Timur-Shah Durrani and the half-brother of his predecessor, Zeman Shah . In July 1801, Mahmud Shah became the ruler of the Durrani state , but was overthrown in 1803 . However, in 1809 he again became the ruler of the country. Between the two periods of the reign of Mahmud-Shah, the country was ruled by Shuja-Shah Durrani , one of his half-brothers. He died on April 18, 1829 .
