Biography
Early years
Born January 12, 1960 in Winsor , Ontario , Canada . Father - Nicholas Platt, diplomat; mother is Sheila Maynard, a social worker. Oliver has two brothers: the eldest is Adam Platt and the younger is Nicholas Platt Jr. He spent his childhood in Washington (USA), Asia and the Middle East. He graduated from Rocky Montain High School in Carbondale, Colorado . In 1983 he graduated from Tufts University with a bachelor's degree in humanities.
Career
In 1987, he made his acting debut on television [4] . During his career he played in more than 90 films and television series [5] . From 2010 to 2013 he played in the series " This scary letter" P "."
Personal life
September 12, 1992 married Mary Camille Campbell [6] . He has three children - Lily (born 1995), George (born 1997) and Claire (born 1999).
