Marc Perrin de Brichambaut ( fr. Marc Perrin de Brichambaut ; born October 29, 1948 ) - French diplomat and judge, former OSCE secretary general, now a judge of the International Criminal Court .

Biography
Born October 29, 1948 in Morocco .
In 1974 he graduated from the Paris School of Administration, after which he worked in the judicial system.
In 1978, he became Assistant UN Under-Secretary General for International Economics and Social Affairs.
In 1981 he returned to Paris and took the post of advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs. In 1986-1988 - Counselor at the French Embassy in Washington. Returning to Paris, he assumed the post of advisor to the Minister of Defense.
In 1991-1994 - Head of the French delegation to the CSCE, and from 1994 to 1998 headed one of the departments of the French Foreign Ministry. In 1998 he was appointed director of the strategic department of the Ministry of Defense.
In 2005–2011 - OSCE Secretary General.
In 2015, he was elected a judge of the International Criminal Court [1] .
