Geography
The village is located 55 km north-east of Belgorod and 1 km west of the city of Koroch , in the south it borders on the village of Bekhteyevka, in the lower reaches on the left bank of the Korocha river ( Seversky Donets river basin).

Infrastructure
In the village there are two shops, a post office, a feldsher point, a bus goes to the city of Korocha; administration (village council), school, located in the neighboring village of Bekhteyevka.
