In the World Cup, Beeler made his debut in 1997 , in March 2006 he won his first victory at the World Cup stage. In total, at the moment he has 6 victories at the stages of the World Cup, 5 in personal competitions and 1 in team competitions. The best achievement in the final standings of the World Cup for Bieler is the 4th place in the 2006-07 season.
He took part in the 1998 Olympics in Nagano , where he took 4th place in team competitions and 19th in the individual race.
At the 2002 Olympics in Salt Lake City he won bronze in the team, in personal disciplines he showed the following results: sprint - 16th place, individual race - 15th place.
At the 2006 Olympics in Turin, he won gold in team competitions, in personal appearances he was 13th in the individual race and 23rd in the sprint.
At the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver, he was 25th in the tournament on the normal springboard + 10 km, and 10th in the competition on the big springboard + 10 km.
During his career he participated in five World Championships , at which he won one gold and one bronze medal.
