Geographical position
The village of Chernetchina is located on the right bank of the Vorskla River, upstream at a distance of 1.5 km is the village of Dobroslavovka , downstream at a distance of 2 km is the village of Ryboten , on the opposite bank is the city of Akhtyrka . The river in this place is winding, forming estuaries, elders and swampy lakes. Several woodlands (oak) adjoin the village. Nearby is the highway T-1705 .
History
- Near the village of Chernetchina, a settlement of the Bronze Age, a burial ground and a settlement of Scythian times, Slavic (VII – VIII centuries) and 3 Severyansky (VIII – X centuries), as well as an ancient Russian settlement and burial ground, which has 2 thousand barrows, were found.
