Biography
From 1929, after graduating from Molvotitsky secondary school, he studied in Pskov , then worked as a land surveyor in Borovichi , Okulovka , Lychkov , from 1935 - senior land surveyor of Molvotitsky district . In absentia he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Land Management . He was a member of the Leningrad Regional Committee of Land Workers, Komsomol [2] .
In October 1937, the Molvotitsky District Military Commissariat of the Leningrad Region was called up to the Red Army [3] [4] . In 1940 he joined the VKP (b) [5] . Served as a platoon commander of military topographers; In April 1942 he graduated from the Military Law Faculty of the All-Union Law Academy [2] [3] . From April 1942 - Member of the Military Tribunal , from September 1942 - Chairman of the Military Tribunal of the 7th Guards Rifle Brigade [3] , from August 1943 - Chairman of the Military Tribunal of the 110th Guards Rifle Division [5] . In the post-war period, until February 1946, he served in the Volga Military District : in the Saratov and Penza garrisons, chairman of the military tribunal of the Ulyanovsk garrison [2] [6] .
In 1946-1948 - the judicial secretary of the International Military Tribunal in Tokyo [2] [6] . From 1948 he worked in the central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR , deputy head of the Treaty and Legal Department (1953–1955) [6] ; In absentia he graduated from the Higher Diplomatic School of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR [2] .
In 1955-1957 - Advisor to the Permanent Mission of the USSR to the UN , then - Deputy Head of the Treaty and Legal Department of the USSR Foreign Ministry [6] .
From August 12, 1960 to July 30, 1965 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR to Thailand (the presentation of credentials took place on 10/18/1960) [6] . In 1965-1968 he worked in the central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.
From August 1, 1968 to February 11, 1972 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR in Sudan (the presentation of credentials took place on 10.9.1968) [6] . Then he worked in the office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR - head of the Treaty and Legal Department (1972–1974) [6] , head of the Legal Department (1974–1986) [2] .
