History

By decree of Tsar Alexander I in 1820, a series of villages were formed through which the state highway passed from the city of Azov to Vorontsovka, Salsk and further east. This hundred-footed dirt road passed through the village of Zlodeisky. A military estate of Don Cossacks settled along this tract, who were supposed to guard the road along which transport went day and night: carts with grain; huge flocks of sheep stretched; yamshchitsky threes flashed.

In the small village where Kirovskaya was now located, 190 years ago there were only 18 Cossack farms that carried the guard of the road. In this place there were frequent cases of various crimes - murders, robberies of mail. This was the reason for the fact that behind the sparsely populated village the name "Villainous" took root. [one]

According to the general census of Russia in 1897 (as of January 28 ), only 84 people lived in the village. Of these, 49 men and 35 women.

In 1910, the construction of the railway began, stretching from the city of Bataisk to the city of Salsk . In 1912 , in addition to the station building of the Zlodeyskaya station, 36 booths and 2 railway houses near the station were already built. In one of them, railway workers still live, and in the other, destroyed by the Nazis during the Great Patriotic War , after its restoration, the Kirov Village Council and the Kirov Post Office were located.

The territory of the modern village of Kirov has become especially quickly populated since 1920 . The population arrived from the village of Khomutovskaya and the surrounding villages: Rodnik, Krasny Yar, Polyachki, Shamshevo. In 1927, there were already about 40 yards in the village. The village was called "Cossack settlements."

In 1929 , during collectivization, the New World agricultural artel was formed in the village of Zlodeisky, which began to grow stronger, and people were drawn to the village. The appearance of tractors in the artel led to the creation in 1935 of the villainous machine and tractor station .

1930 was a landmark year for the new state farm , created near the station in the steppe zone, convenient for livestock. A new state farm village with apartment buildings, an office, a hospital, a canteen, a shop and a club grew up here. The discovered clay deposits made it possible to build a primitive brick factory where bricks were made almost by hand, but farms and houses were built from local bricks. And the children of the workers helped plant state farm territory by planting fruit trees and pyramidal poplars.

During the war, the state farm was evacuated to Western Kazakhstan, and the Nazis, occupying the village, placed a stable in the building of the new school, drove into the club with tanks, burned and destroyed adobe buildings, burned the elevator near the station. The liberation came from the east in February 1943 , and at the end of December, farm workers and cattle returned to the ruined village.

By 1951, there were already three agricultural enterprises in the village: the Kirov collective farm, the Rostov state farm and the Williams. The farm was rich, and the village flourished with them - they rebuilt the elevator buildings, the oil depot, in each farm they opened a secondary school, the House of Culture, a branch of the regional library, infrastructure services (shops, consumer services, Sberbank branches) appeared. The station was renamed Konarmeyskaya. The territory of the village increased several times. Each farm improved its territory, trying to improve the lives of its workers. As a result, the village is completely gasified and provided with artesian water and a sewage system.

A Cossack society “KIROVSKAYA STANITSA” EKVVD was created in the village. [2]
