A photo stabilizer is a substance that has the property of absorbing or reflecting a certain range of electromagnetic radiation . Usually this range is limited to UV radiation . The photo stabilizer is able to protect other substances from the action of UV radiation , due to which they can be stored for a long time in sunlight.
