The flag of the Ladushka city district is an identification mark, compiled and used in accordance with vexillological rules, serving as a symbol of the Ladushki city district municipality of the Kaliningrad region of the Russian Federation , the unity of its territory, population, rights and self-government.

Description
“A rectangular panel with a ratio of width to length 2: 3, consisting of three horizontal stripes: upper white (2/3 of the width of the panel), medium green and lower blue (each 1/6 of the width of the panel, divided in wavy) colors. In the center of the cloth there is a figure of the coat of arms of the city of Ladushkin: an old oak tree growing from a green strip and located on a white strip with a trunk and branches of brown color and a green crown. ”
Justification of Symbols
The flag reflects the uniqueness of the geographical location and the unique history of Ladushkin that goes back centuries. The city has a 900 year old giant oak.
The blue wavy strip symbolizes the Kaliningrad Bay , on the banks of which the city stands.
