Biography

Member of the CPSU (b) . He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Oriental Studies ( 1930 ) and the Institute of the Red Professor ( 1938 ).

  • 1944 - Deputy Head of the Middle East Department of the People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs of the USSR.
  • 1944 - 1949 - Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Envoy of the USSR in Iraq .
  • 1949 - Deputy Head of the Middle East Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.
  • 1949 - 1953 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR to the Netherlands .
  • 1953 - 1956 - Head of the Department of the Near and Middle East of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.
  • 1956 - 1958 - Head of the Department of the Middle East of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • 1958 - 1961 - Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the USSR in Iraq.
  • 1961 - 1963 - Head of the Department of the Middle East of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • 1963 - 1967 - Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the USSR to Iran .
  • 1968 - 1969 - An employee of the central apparatus of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
