Biography
Member of the CPSU (b) . He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Oriental Studies ( 1930 ) and the Institute of the Red Professor ( 1938 ).
- 1944 - Deputy Head of the Middle East Department of the People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs of the USSR.
- 1944 - 1949 - Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Envoy of the USSR in Iraq .
- 1949 - Deputy Head of the Middle East Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.
- 1949 - 1953 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR to the Netherlands .
- 1953 - 1956 - Head of the Department of the Near and Middle East of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.
