The CHPP-20 provides electric and thermal energy to the areas of Academic, Gagarinsky , Lomonosovsky , Obruchevsky , Donskoy , Dorogomilovo , Danilovsky , as well as Yakimanka , Zyuzino , Kotlovka , Konkovo , Cheryomushki and Zamoskvorechye .
The main and reserve fuel is natural gas , emergency fuel is fuel oil .
History
The construction of one of the central power plants of the Moscow power system (the original name is Kalugskaya TPP ) began in 1939 . On April 2, 1952, the CHPP began supplying consumers with thermal energy, and in October of that year - electric.
In the 1960s , CHPP-20 became a pioneer in the development of prototypes of the cogeneration turbine T-100-130 of the Ural Turbo-Motor Plant . In order to meet the needs of the areas closest to TPP-20 with heat and electricity in 1963–66 , four T-100-130 turbines with five TP-87 coal-fired boilers were commissioned at the power plant. Eight water boilers (PTV-100 and PTVM-100) were put into operation to cover the peak heat load. In 1969, CHPP-20 switched to burning fuel oil as an emergency type of fuel. Since 1994, the station is listed in the gas-oil category.
In order to increase the efficiency of the power plant, its technical improvement is constantly carried out. Over the 50 years of operation, the CHPP-20 turbine fleet has been updated by 90%, technical, economic and environmental indicators of equipment have been improved, boiler efficiency has been increased by an average of 3%. Due to the introduction of low-toxic burners, emissions of toxic gases in the atmosphere in 2008 were reduced by 26% . In 2005-2008, by 5% reduced specific fuel consumption for electricity supply. The excessive consumption of fuel due to deviations of primary technical and economic indicators is reduced by 3.6%. At present, the equipment of the CHPP-20 is equipped with modern means of monitoring and control of technological processes.
As part of the energy saving program, a frequency-controlled drive (VFD) of phosphate pumps and fluid couplings was introduced on the II lift network pumps and power electric pumps, which significantly increased the reliability of the equipment and reduced power consumption for own needs.
New Construction
In accordance with the medium-term program for the development and technical re-equipment of existing power plants of Mosenergo OJSC, a two-shaft cogeneration power unit PGU-420 was built at TPP-20 in 2011-2015. The general contractor for the construction of the facility was OJSC MEC Mosenergo [1] .
Key parameters of the new power unit:
- Installed electric power - 420 MW.
- Installed heat capacity - 220 Gcal / h.
- The main fuel is natural gas.
- The efficiency of CCGT-420 (in condensation mode) is over 58%.
The power island of the power unit (gas and steam turbines with synchronous generators) was supplied by Siemens.
The manufacturer and supplier of the waste heat boiler is EMAlliance OJSC.
CCGT-420 was commissioned on December 22, 2015 [2] [3] .
Facts
- From 1974 to 1985, a Russian nationalist, now a monk of the CPI Rafaila (Prokopyeva) Alexander Barkashov , worked as an electrician at this CHPP.
In the movie
- The film " Young Green ." In the scene of the meeting of the protagonist of the film performed by Oleg Tabakov with his teacher, who was filming on Television Street , the cooling towers of the TPP-20 are visible.
- The film “ Urban Romance ” - pipes and cooling towers of TPP-20 appear as a background in several scenes.
- The film " Sunflowers ". In the scene where the main character performed by Sophia Loren, goes to the station and gets on the train, CHP-20 is shown.
- CHP-20 appears in the film A. Tarkovsky "Stalker" . In the final scene, Stalker, his wife and daughter walk along the shore of the ash pond. In the background, the CHPP-20 creates an industrial landscape. Of the wells sticking out of the water, the Chura River flowing underground. CHP-20 is also visible in the open door of the zucchini, where the heroes sit before and after going to the Zone.
- The film " 34th ambulance ." In the initial scenes, the train departed from the Kiev station, and passes through the Kanatchikovo station. In the background are visible pipes and structures of the CHPP-20.
- The film " Guys! .. ". The heroes boarded the bus with the inscription "Nickel" was filmed near the house with the address Bolshaya Cheryomushkinskaya Street , Building 2, and in the background you can see the building of the boiler-turbine department No. 2, cooling towers and pipes of TPP-20.
