Member of the RSDLP (b) . At diplomatic work since 1944.
- In 1944 - 1946 - First Secretary of the Embassy of the USSR in Great Britain .
- In 1946 - 1947 - Advisor to the Embassy of the USSR in Great Britain.
- In 1947 - 1950 - deputy head of the UN Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.
- From February 13, 1950 to January 20, 1956 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR to Pakistan [1] .
- In 1956 - at a responsible job in the central apparatus of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.
- In 1956 - 1959 - Deputy Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Europe in Geneva .
Since 1959 - retired.
