Rutchenko House - the landowner estate of Vladimir and Sophia Rutchenko, one of the oldest buildings in Donetsk at the address: st. Ivan Tkachenko, 189. In 1896 , according to statistical information, 18 people lived in it: 7 men and 11 women [1] . They say that the founder of the Donetsk machine-building plant named after Lenin Komsomol Eduard Theodor Bosse lived in it. Today, the building houses the administration of the Olympic football club.
