Job Sites

The main task of job sites is to provide job seekers with jobs in various specialties and types of jobs, posting resumes and necessary job links. To search for work using job sites does not require special knowledge and skills - anyone can take part in the job search process. It is believed that this method of job search is ineffective for low-skilled specialists and senior personnel ( top managers ): the former do not seek work using Internet resources, and the latter do not use a similar job search method. Employment sites are divided into sites of general specialization and narrow specialization. So, specialized resources provide information about vacancies and candidates for only one business area, for example, information technology , lawyers , personnel specialists, financiers [3] .

Professional Themed Sites

Such sites are considered a useful source of information about the most qualified specialists who are experts, commentators or authors of certain articles. A recruiting specialist receives information about a professional in a field that interests him, learns about events, and also gets the opportunity to attend such an event and increase the network of professional contacts in order to search and select specialists. Professional sites typically include job sections and specialist forums. The disadvantage of using this method of recruiting staff is to perform a lot of work related to the search for the names of specialists.

Professional Forums

A feature of using this method of staff selection is the ability to turn to the target environment - to specialists who use professional forums to exchange information and experience on specific topics [4] .

Social Networks

Social networks provide an opportunity to familiarize yourself with a specialist’s profile (similar to a resume) and directly contact a candidate by writing him a letter. As they are also called, “business card holders” of specialists provide an opportunity to receive data from candidates who are not in an active job search.
