Content
Story
The Hong Kong local authorities have doubts about the cleanliness of Chief Superintendent Mr. Chan ( David Lam ), who runs several districts. Authorities transfer one of the districts (Saivan) under the control of Ma Yulong, who became famous for the destruction of the pirate den. A gang of a certain Tiger was in charge of this district, which the local police were very afraid of. Arriving at the station with friends, Ma Yulong plans to arrest the Tiger, but only Constable Ho volunteered to help the local police.
Arriving at the Po Lak Hotel, Ma and his comrades fight with the Tiger and its people. Fortunately, the coast guard (whom Ma called before the raid) came to their aid, in which Ma and his friends served. After the Tiger’s arrest, Ma Yulong is assigned to keep order during the ball. Unfortunately, it was at this time that the revolutionaries were planning to steal jewelry for the needs of the revolution. Ma detects them, but the revolutionaries manage to throw him one jewel, as a result of which Ma Yulong is arrested.
Meanwhile, Chiang conspires with the secret agents of Manchuria, who are looking for revolutionaries to kill Ma Yulong in exchange for power. Agents manage to get into the house of the revolutionary and take her friends hostage. After a series of comical situations, Ma Yulong frees the revolutionaries. At first, the plan to kill Ma Yulong is frustrated by the intervention of a gang of pirates who remained after the pogrom of their base, Ma Yulong. All this time they were looking for Ma Yulong to avenge him for the death of their captain. However, the second time Ma Yulong is thrown into the river, but revolutionaries come to his aid.
In the final, Ma Yulong enters into a battle with secret agents and Chan himself, who are being arrested by the Hong Kong authorities in time.

On the Rotten Tomatoes website , the rating of the film is 67% based on 6 reviews and a rating of 6.5 out of 10 [2] . David Beamish from the DVDactive website rated the film at 6 out of 10 stars and recommended it to fans of the first part [3] . J. Doyle Wallis with a DVD Talk rated 3.5 out of 5 and called it one of the best, but not up to the original [4] . Mike Pinski from DVD Verdict also expressed the opinion that the tape is not worthy to be a continuation of the first part [5] .
