In the World Cup, Staudacher made his debut in 2000 , in December 2009 for the first and so far only time he got into the top three at the World Cup stage in the super giant. In addition to the podium, today it has 12 hits in the top ten at the World Cup, 8 in the super giant and 4 in the downhill. The best achievement in the overall World Cup standings are for Staudacher 36th place in the seasons 2006-07 and 2009-10.
