Busan Metro ( cor. 부산 도시 철도 ; Busan Toshi Cholto ) is a system of high-speed rail transport of Busan , the second largest city of South Korea , and partly in Gyeongsangnamdo province . It was opened on July 15, 1985 . It consists of four lines and 144 stations. The first, second, third, and fourth lines are operated by the Busan Municipal Transport Corporation , the Busan-Kimhae light rail system - Busan-Gimhe Light Rail Company JSC, Tonheson Line, by the Korea National Railway Corporation .

All announcements in the trains and stations in two languages: Korean and English , and at the stations "Sinpyeong", "Chunan", "Busan Station", "Somyeon", "Tonne", "Nopho", "Chansan", "Haeundae" , “Suyeong”, “Kwanan”, “Sasan”, “Tokchon”, “Yansan”, “Taejo”, “Minam” and “Anphon” are also in Japanese and Chinese . Each car has a fire extinguisher, it is possible to open the doors manually in case of an emergency.
Interesting Facts
The fourth line is the first metro line without a driver, a light rail transportation system [1] and a metro bus tire in Korea [2] . Busan - Gimha Лег light rail is the second metro line without a driver and light rail transport system in the country. The voice of the announcement in the trains of the station "Sports Complex" - a football player or head coach of FC Busan Ai Park , baseball player of Lotte Giants or basketball player of KT Sonicboom [3] .
