Biography
Born May 17, 1961 in Irkutsk . He graduated from the Leningrad Veterinary Institute with a degree in veterinarian . In 1989 he became an employee of the newspaper. In 1991, he created and headed the National Republican Party of Russia . In 1993, he became a State Duma deputy in a single-mandate constituency from Saratov , where he became famous for his extravagant actions such as breaking the Ukrainian flag [1] . In 1994 he graduated from the Russian State Pedagogical University named after A.I. Herzen .
September 9, 1995 became a member of the brawl in the State Duma . Lysenko accused Gleb Yakunin of not having the right to wear a clergyman’s robe, as he was deprived of dignity. Then he tore off the cross and began to swing it [2] [3] [4] .
On December 5, 1995, an explosion occurred in the office of N. N. Lysenko in the State Duma. According to the leader of the NPRP, this was an attempt on his life for a consistent anti-Turkic and anti-Islamic position. In May 1996, Lysenko was arrested [5] on charges of organizing an explosion in his own office [6] . After spending more than a year in pre-trial detention, on October 6, 1997, Lysenko was acquitted by the court on charges of organizing an explosion, but was found guilty of stealing a computer belonging to the Duma and sentenced to 1.5 years in prison, which the politician served while in pre-trial detention.
