Criminal charges
According to the ex-Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Yuriy Lutsenko in the late 1980s and early 1990s, Vasily Dzharty headed the Makeevskaya organized crime group and is known in the criminal world as the “criminal authority of Vasya Bita” for using a baseball bat in racket [3] [4] .
Death
Vasily Dzharty died on the night of August 16-17, 2011 in the Crimean boarding house "Wisteria", where he underwent rehabilitation after surgery [5] [6] .
Incorrect diagnosis
According to an anonymous source close to the deceased, Ukrainian doctors gave him the wrong diagnosis and subsequent treatment in Germany and Russia did not save the situation, as time was lost. “When the German doctors explained that with him, Dzharty removed the Minister of Health of the Crimea, replaced the entire medical elite,” the source said [7] [8] .
