Story
From the raid on Poland, the Crimean Khan Girey brings a new concubine, Maria, to the harem. This causes jealousy of the beautiful Zarema, for whom love of the khan is more important than anything in the world. Zarema tells this to Mary, who only dreams of liberation and finds him in death. Having discovered the death of Mary, Giray orders the execution of Zarema. In memory of his lost love, he orders to build a fountain, the water in which flows drop by drop - the Fountain of Tears .
