Biography
Mikhail Gorevoy was born on May 19, 1965 in Moscow .
In 1987 he graduated from the acting department of the Moscow Art Theater School-Studio (course leaders - Victor Karlovich Monyukov , Vladimir Nikolaevich Bogomolov ) [3] .
From 1987 to 1989 he served in the youth theater-studio "Sovremennik-2" under the guidance of his classmate Mikhail Efremov , created in 1987 by graduates of the Moscow Art Theater School-Studio at the Moscow State Theater "Sovremennik" . He was involved in the performances “Slap” (based on the novel “ Envy ” by Yuri Olesha ) and “Shadow” (based on the eponymous fairy-tale play by Yevgeny Schwartz ) directed by Mikhail Efremov [4] .
From 1989 to 1991 - actor of the Moscow Academic Theater named after Vladimir Mayakovsky .
In the early 1990s, Gorevoy moved to the United States with his family. There he earned by doing various work, mostly not related to cinema and theater.
Returning to Russia in 1996, he founded the theater factory of theater events [5] . In the 2000s, he became a relatively sought-after actor in film and television.
Mikhail is in demand in Hollywood cinema, where he is invited, as a rule, to the role of “Russians”. The actor maintains friendly relations with the filmmaker Stephen Spielberg , in whom he starred in the role of Soviet diplomat Ivan Shishkin in the film " Spy Bridge " (2015).
Personal life
Mikhail Gorevoy has a son Dmitry, who played in several famous films and series, but changed his profession to a photo artist , and his daughter Daria.
