Geography
The village is located on the right side of the Sukhoi Gashun beam (the Bolshoi Gashun river basin) [2] , 3.8 km west of the village of Krasnostepnoy . The distance to the district center of the village of Zimovniki is 80 km.
There is one street in the village: Stepnaya.
History
In 1987, by the decree of the PVS of the RSFSR, the village of the fourth farm of sheep farm No. 7 was given the name Ulansky [3] .
