The Primorye Dragoon Regiment is a separate cavalry regiment of the Russian Imperial Army, the only regular cavalry regiment in the Far East.

History
- May 26, 1869 - For the protection of the borders of the South Ussuri Territory, the Ussuri Cossack Horse Hundred was formed.
- January 6, 1881 - Renamed the Ussuri Equestrian Hundred, the 2nd Hundred was formed.
- April 30, 1891 - The 1st and 2nd Ussuri equestrian hundreds were renamed the 1st and 2nd Seaside.
- March 15, 1895 - 1st and 2nd Seaside hundreds were merged into the Seaside Horse Division, the division was transferred from the Cossack troops to the army cavalry.
Seaside Dragoon Regiment
- May 2, 1898 - The Primorsky equestrian division was deployed in a dragoon regiment of four squadrons.
- June 29, 1898 - On the day of the regimental holiday the adoption of the Standard (granted on May 6, 1897)
- 1900 - Enlisted in six squadrons.
- 1900-1902 - Participated in the Chinese campaign .
- 1904-1905 - Participated in the Russian-Japanese war .
- 1914 - The regiment commander appealed to Tsarevich Alexei Nikolayevich with a request for the appointment of the regiment in the army.
- 1914-1917 - Participated in the First World War as part of the Ussuri equestrian brigade (since 1916 division).
- June 1 (14), 1915 - I crossed Venta near the Popelyans and in a head battle cut down 5 German cavalry regiments (9th and 13th dragoon regiments, 1st, 2nd and 12th hussars).
- 1917 - Participated in a campaign in Petrograd .
- February 1918 - Dissolved.
- 1919 - Restored in Primorye to fight the Bolsheviks.
- 1920 - ceased to exist.

Form
Headdress
Black fur cap. The cloth top is of a uniform color, sheathed crosswise and in a circle at the lower ranks with yellow braid, at the officers with a golden galloon. In front on the cockadeβs cap and above it is a golden insignia. A cap with an orange top, a dark green band. The upper and middle edging on the cap are dark green, the lower is orange [1] .
