Arnoy [1] [2] ( Norwegian Arnøy , S.-Saami. Árdni ), also Arnoya ( Norwegian Arnøya ) is an island in Shervoi commune, Troms county , Norway . It lies to the west of the island Vannøy , from which it is separated by the Fugleysund Strait.

The area of the island is 276 km². The terrain is mountainous, there are several peaks with a height of more than 900 meters [3] . The highest point of the island is Mount Arnoyhögda (1168 m).
The island has several fishing villages, including Orviksann on the northwest coast.
