Career
Club
He played for the Estonian clubs HYUK Emmaste, Tallinn YK and Levadia . Since 2005, he has been a player in the Moscow Lokomotiv .
In 2006, he transferred to Kuban on a rental basis, but did not make it to the main squad, playing for the team only once: on September 20 in the second leg of the 1/16 finals of the Russian Cup . [2] In 2007, again on loan, went to the Moscow Torpedo
In 2008, it was leased by the Baku Neftchi . In the 2010/11 season, he played for Inter Baku. In August 2011, he signed a three-year contract with Rostov [3] . He left the Rostov club in the summer of 2013 and returned to Levadia as a free agent, for which he played from 2003 to 2005 [4] .
In March 2014, the player signed a contract with the Ravan club from Azerbaijan [5] . But, the career of an experienced defender in Azerbaijan was short-lived, and soon Kruglov returned to the capital of Estonian football, the capital “ Levadia ”. In December 2015, it became known that Dmitry moved to another Tallinn club “ Infonet ” [6] . In January 2018, he returned to Levadia [7] [8] and received a captain's armband. In May of the same year, he won the Estonian Cup with the team [9] .

On October 12, 2004 he made his debut in the Estonian national team in a match against Latvia . At the beginning of June 2016, Dmitry Kruglov had 101 matches and four goals scored in the national team of Estonia [10] [11] . According to the Estonian Football Federation, as of December 2017, he had 109 games and scored 4 goals [12] .
He also played for the youth and youth teams of Estonia.
