The Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine ( Ukrainian Ministry of Energy and Vulgene Industry of Ukraine ) is the state executive body of Ukraine , the activities of which are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine . The Ministry is headed by the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine, who is appointed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the manner prescribed by law.
