Member of the CPSU (b) . He graduated from the 1st Moscow Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages (1941).

  • In 1943 - 1949 he was an employee of the USSR Embassy in China .
  • In 1949 - 1954 he was an employee of the central apparatus of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.
  • In 1954 - 1955 [1] - Consul General of the USSR in Shanghai (PRC).
  • In 1955 - 1958 - Advisor to the Embassy of the USSR in China.
  • In 1958 - expert adviser to the Far Eastern Department of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • In 1958 - 1962 - Deputy Head of the Far Eastern Department of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • From February 2, 1962 to April 26, 1965 [2] - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR to Cambodia .
  • In 1965 - 1983 he was an employee of the central apparatus of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.
  • Since 1983 - at the scientific and teaching work at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR .
