Description
“The flag of the Chebarkul region is a rectangular cloth with a ratio of width to length 2: 3, horizontally divided into three unequal stripes: the top red is 1/5 of the cloth, arcuately tapering to the corners of the flagpole and also expanding to 2/5 of the width of the cloth at the free edge of the cloth, the middle green is 3/5 of the width of the cloth and the blue is 1/5 of the cloth, reproducing the emblem composition in the center: a yellow current capercaillie, standing on a blue stripe, and, in the middle of the border of red and green strips, is yellow bread with a white salt shaker ".
Justification of Symbols
The flag of the municipality “Chebarkulsky District” is uniform and harmonious in content: all the figures of the flag allegorically show that the Chebarkulsky District is basically an agricultural district.
The main figure of the flag is the capercaillie - a bird, allegorically symbolizing freedom, the breath of life. The grouse always dawns at dawn, thereby anticipating the onset of a new day - "for every business there is a suitable time."
Yellow color (gold) is the color of the sun, wealth, fertility, the elixir of life, symbolizes greatness, respect.
The arcuate division of the upper part of the banner allegorically shows the Ural Mountains , their natural wealth of the region, and the inextricable link with the surrounding nature.
Red color symbolizes labor, life-affirming power, courage, celebration, beauty.
The northern part of the Chebarkul region is the land of blue lakes, which is shown in the flag as the blue part. Natural monuments are the lakes Bolshoi Kisegach and Elovoe, on the banks of which there are well-known health resorts and “green islands” - Chebarkulsky and Varlamovsky pine forests.
Blue color (light blue) is a symbol of exalted aspirations, thinking, sincerity and virtue.
The green part of the flag also shows the rich and diverse fauna of the Chebarkul region.
Green is a symbol of spring, joy, hope, nature, as well as a symbol of health.
