Description

“The flag of the Nyazepetrovsky district is a rectangular panel with a ratio of width to length 2: 3, divided by beveled from the upper right corner of the panel with a white stripe like a spruce crown into blue and green strips (at the free edge of the cloth). In the roof there are figures from the emblem composition: a yellow walking bear carrying a white casket on its back, complete with a white fish. ”

Justification of Symbols

The flag of Nyazepetrovsky district is based on historical, geographical, economic and toponymic features.

The center of the district is the city of Nyazepetrovsk , founded in 1747 at the confluence of the Ufa and Nyazya rivers as a village in connection with the construction by the merchant Pyotr Osokin of a iron-smelting and iron-making plant - this is allegorically stated by fish - the trademark of the plant.

The bear is a symbol of forethought, heroic strength, and at the same time - good nature and slowness, allegorically shows a calm, peaceful, hardworking person.

The casket on the back of the golden bear allegorically speaks of the natural wealth of the Ural region, the reliability of their savings and prudent use.

Yellow color (gold) is a symbol of the highest value, greatness, strength, strength, generosity.

A white stripe, like a spruce crown, dividing the flag field, allegorically shows the Nyazya River and speaks of the name of the district, composed of two parts: from the Bashkir dialect word Nazi - “spruce”, “spruce”, that is, “the river where the spruce trees grow” and the name the founder of the plant - Peter Osokin - Nyazepetrovsky.

White color (silver) is a symbol of perfection, nobility, purity, faith, peace.

The colors of the flag - blue and green allegorically characterize the Nyazepetrovsky district as mountain-forest and one of the few ecologically clean areas of the Chelyabinsk region. Among the natural monuments on the territory of the region, larch grove and relict spruce, a section of the Ufa river and the Shemakha karst field are notable.

Blue color (light blue) is a symbol of truth, honor and virtue, clear sky and water open spaces.

Green color is a symbol of spring, joy, hope.
