Justification of Symbols
The flag of Nyazepetrovsky district is based on historical, geographical, economic and toponymic features.
The center of the district is the city of Nyazepetrovsk , founded in 1747 at the confluence of the Ufa and Nyazya rivers as a village in connection with the construction by the merchant Pyotr Osokin of a iron-smelting and iron-making plant - this is allegorically stated by fish - the trademark of the plant.

A white stripe, like a spruce crown, dividing the flag field, allegorically shows the Nyazya River and speaks of the name of the district, composed of two parts: from the Bashkir dialect word Nazi - “spruce”, “spruce”, that is, “the river where the spruce trees grow” and the name the founder of the plant - Peter Osokin - Nyazepetrovsky.
White color (silver) is a symbol of perfection, nobility, purity, faith, peace.
The colors of the flag - blue and green allegorically characterize the Nyazepetrovsky district as mountain-forest and one of the few ecologically clean areas of the Chelyabinsk region.
