Biography
Born in 1921 . [2]
From 1948 - Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Agitation Department of the Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) of the Circassian Autonomous Region.
In 1952–1964 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Regional Council of the Circassian-Karachay-Cherkess Autonomous Region.
He was a member of the CPSU , participated in the XXII Congress of the CPSU [3] .
He was elected to the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR ( 1963 ) [4] .
