Albert Malcolm Ranjit Patabendige Don ( ibid. மால்கம் ரஞ்சித் ; born November 15, 1947 , Polgahawela , Sri Lanka ) is a Sri Lankan cardinal, Vatican diplomat and clerical dignitary. The titular bishop of Cabarsussi and the auxiliary bishop of Colombo from June 17, 1991 to November 2, 1995. Bishop of Ratnapura from November 2, 1995 to October 1, 2001. Archbishop ad personam from October 1, 2001 to April 29, 2004. Adjunct Secretary of the Congregation for the Evangelization of the Peoples from October 1, 2001 to December 10, 2005.
