Biography

Born into a noble family . Received university education. Until 1906 he was in the Zemstvo service. He was the vowel of the Vyatka provincial zemstvo assembly and the chairman of the Yelabuga district zemstvo council. After leaving the Zemstvo service, he went abroad. Had land ownership (Tokmashka village, Yelabuga district, Vyatka province ). Member of the People's Socialist Party .
On February 14, 1907 he was elected to the second State Duma from the general composition of the Vyatka Provincial Electoral Assembly. As a deputy, he was a member of the Popular Socialist Faction. He was a member of the commissions on requests and on the inviolability of the person. Repeatedly spoke in the Duma debate.
The biography of Alasheev after the dissolution of the Second Duma is unknown.
