Nushibi expected the new kagan to restore the unity of the Western kaganate that existed under his father, Tun-Jabgu Khan . Kagan began rule with a campaign against the seed . Kagan forces were defeated. Kagan demonstrated the evil qualities of his character: stubbornness, anger, suspicion. He received a denunciation of Khan Ili and executed him with his family. Niche Dulu decided that the kagan would soon kill him and fled to Karashar . Mubi Tarkhan gathered the Nushibi warriors and went to the headquarters of the kagan. Kagan fled to Kangyu , that is, to the land of the Kangles . According to the Tang Dynasty Chronicle , he died of sadness. Xuanzang noted in Da Tang si yuji that Sy-Jabgu died near the walls of Balkh when he was about to plunder a Buddhist monastery.
In 633 their Karashara returned to Nishu Dulu Khan , and the Nushibi made him a new kagan.
