He graduated from a technical school with a specialization in dentist and medical technician. In 2007, he participated in the music contest " Star of the Grand " (an analogue of the Russian " Factory of Stars "). There, in 12 of 14 broadcasts, he was the leader of sms-voting. Stankovic reached the final of the show, after which he attracted the attention of the entire media community. The music disc “Zvezde Granda” sold around 100 thousand copies. Now the singer often tours throughout the former Yugoslavia, as well as the United States, Switzerland and Hungary.
In May 2009, Milan released his first solo album "Solo", which sold over 50 thousand copies. Balkan teens adore Stankovic, organize fan clubs, send gifts and imitate his hairstyles and manner of dressing. Has a huge number of fans in Poland and Germany.

She has been dating Serbian singer Radmila Manojlovic for a long time.
In May 2010, he represented Serbia at the Eurovision Song Contest Eurovision with the song “ Ovo Балe Balkan ” (music by Goran Bregovic, lyrics by Marina Tutsakovich). Took 13th place.
When Milan became so famous and popular so abruptly, he suddenly disappeared, didn’t appear anywhere, he didn’t give an interview, he didn’t answer phone calls. This was perceived as a desire to leave the home of the "Star of the Grand." Because of his behavior, Milan was not invited to speak at the Grand. Then Milan wanted to sign another contract.
