Mirax Plaza ( Ukrainian Mirax Plaza , Eng. Mirax Plaza ) is a 46-storey [1] multi-purpose skyscraper under construction in Kiev . Located on Podil outside the city center (municipal address: 43 Glubochitskaya street). After completion of construction, it should become the tallest building in Ukraine [3] (about 192 m), exceeding the height of the Parus business center (156 m).

According to the project, the building meets the class “A” standard of the office building [4] . The construction of the skyscraper officially began on December 22, 2006 and was supposed to be completed at the end of 2010 [2] . But due to the financial crisis, construction was suspended.
In May 2009, the Mirax Group negotiated with AEON Corporation to sell the project [5] . After 6 months, AEON Corporation acquired the project and announced its plans to correct the current architectural concept and continue construction in the fall of 2010 [6] [7] . However, in 2011, the Mirax Group Corporation announced the termination of the existence and transfer of the facility to partners [8] .

The complex includes:

- underground and ground parking
- cultural and recreational area with a park and alleys
On the upper floors, an inspection center and a restaurant are planned, from the windows of which the historical center of Kiev will be visible. Delivery of visitors will be provided by panoramic elevators.
A helipad is planned on the roof.
