Longitarsus rutilus (lat.) - a species of leaf beetles ( Chrysomelidae ) from the subfamily of gnats ( Galerucinae ). Distributed in North Africa , on the Iberian Peninsula , Corsica , in France , in the southern part of England and the Netherlands . Adult beetles and their larvae feed on the leaves of the noric earthen ( Scrophularia auriculata ) ( norinaceous ) [1] .
