Eyes Adrift is a super rock band consisting of Chris Novoselic (formerly Nirvana bass player), Kurt Kirkwood (guitarist and vocalist from Meat Puppets ) and Bet Gouda (drummer from Sublime and Long Beach Dub Allstars ). In 2002, they released a self-titled album , which was a mixture of punk , grunge and country , combining all their previous experiences together. The band later disbanded, ceasing to exist in 2003 after the failure of their debut album. Kirkwood and Gaud together formed the Volcano supergroup. The album is currently not being released.

The song "Inquiring Minds" is dedicated to JohnBenet Ramsey.
The Japanese version of the album, released on January 29, 2003 , included two additional tracks, “Son of Pasted” and “The Cup & The Lip”. The Australian edition of the album was not called Eyes Adrift, but, oddly enough, Bud, Curt & Krist.
Single Alaska
The CD with the single “Alaska” was released on December 2, 2003 and included the tracks “The Jerk” and “The Cup & the Lip”. “The Jerk” and “Son of Pasted” were songs of the same name, renamed after the release of the Japanese version.
