Flights
BICH-9 “Dwarf” was presented at the VI All-Union Gliding Competition , where it turned out to be the smallest glider of all the participants. Pilot V.A. Stepanchonok completed three flights on a glider with a total duration of 17 minutes. But “Gnome” was not allowed to take further record flights due to not quite correct alignment and insufficient ailerons .
Construction
High wing monoplane . The front edge of the wing had the shape of a parabola , and the rear was straight. The rudders of direction and height also had the shape of a parabola. For landing used ski with air shock absorber .
