Filipp Alekseevich Zhelyuk ( November 27 [ December 10 ] 1904 - February 22, 1976 ) - Chairman of the A.V. Suvorov collective farm of the Tulchinsky district of the Vinnitsa region of the Ukrainian SSR, twice Hero of Socialist Labor ( 1958 , 1974 ).

Biography
Born on November 27 ( December 10 ), 1904 in the village of Timanovka, Podolsk province (now the Tulchinsky district, Vinnitsa region ).
From 1929 to 1941 - Chairman of the collective farm "Red October" Tulchinsky district of Vinnitsa region.
Since 1942 - on the fronts of World War II .
Since the post-war years - in 1946 - 1976 - the permanent chairman of the collective farm in the village of Timanovka (now the Order of the Red Banner of Labor; collective farm named after F. A. Zhelyuk) of the Tulchinsky district [1] .
Member of the CPSU since 1926 . The delegate of the XXII — XXV congresses of the Communist Party of Ukraine, a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine since 1966 .
Member of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR 5-8th convocations [2] .
He died in Kiev on November 22, 1976 .

Memory
- Streets in the city of Tulchin and the village of Timanovka, as well as the collective farm in Timanovka, are named after F. Zhelyuk.
- In Timanovka, a bronze bust of the Twice Hero is installed. The museum of the village and collective farm has kept the room and personal belongings of Philip Alekseevich.
- In the Vinnitsa region, a literary prize of his name was established.
