The Fourth Kind is an American pseudo-documentary film. The name is borrowed from the classification of J. Allen Heineck of close contacts with alien life forms in which the fourth degree (or species) means abduction. The film takes place in the small town of Nome in Alaska and contains a report on the events of 2000 on behalf of the psychologist Dr. Abigail Tyler, who unwittingly understands that strange things are happening to her patients.

Story
