Geography
Koldaisi village council is located in the north-eastern part of the Shemysheysky district of the Penza region.
The territory of the rural settlement borders on the Ust-Uzinsky, Peschansky, Staroyaksarsky village councils of the Shemysheysky district, the Kanaevsky and Turdaksky village councils of the Gorodishchensky district of the Penza region.
History
The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Penza Region dated November 2, 2004 No. 690-ZPO “On the Borders of Municipalities of the Penza Region” [3] .
