Chardym is a village in the Voskresensky district of the Saratov region , 40 kilometers northeast of Saratov . Located on the banks of the Volga , near the confluence of the Chardym River.

In the vicinity of Chardim there are camp sites, student, health camps, rest houses and summer cottages of Saratovites, as well as the government residence " Tantalus ".
Not far from the village is the Chardim fortification - an archaeological site from the early Iron Age.
