The 2nd Regimental Hundred is an administrative-territorial and military unit consisting of Little Russians, first the Nezhinsky Regiment , and then the Starodubsky Regiment , which existed in the 17th-18th centuries.
The center is the regimental city of Starodub .
Information about the presence of two hundred in Starodub has been available since the 1650s , when the Starodub regiment was not yet an independent unit. During the formation of the Starodub regiment in 1663 , the second hundred is no longer mentioned; perhaps its borders were significantly different from the borders of the 2nd regimental hundreds that existed in the 18th century. Probably, for the same reason, information about villages belonging to the 2nd regimental hundred often turns out to be contradictory.
The 2nd regimental hundred was re-formed around 1750 by separation from the regimental hundreds ; existed until 1781 . It covered the southeastern part of the regimental hundreds (the western part of the current Pogarsky district of the Bryansk region and the south of Starodubsky ).
